The "logistics ground network" is an important infrastructure for the Company, providing strong support for business development, efficiency improvement, and innovative models. It is a significant area of long-term investment for the Company. The "14th Five-Year Plan" of the Company outlines the "One, Two, Three, Four, and Five" development strategy, with the "logistics ground network" being the core component of the "Five Support Guarantee." The "logistics ground network" consists of accredited third-party warehouses, self-operated third-party warehouses, supply chain warehouses, industrial and trading bases, cloud warehouses, and more.

Background of the Self-built "Ground Network" Development
In 2016, the bulk commodity industry was facing challenges related to overcapacity reduction, inventory reduction, and structural adjustments. The business of the Company was exposed to increasing risks. Relying solely on third-party logistics control models was insufficient to fundamentally solve the problem of cargo security risks. Additionally, the quality and efficiency of logistics services were dependent on others, which could not meet the Company's strategic requirement of becoming a service integrator − “The cargo security of Zheshang Development must be in our own hands.”
At the same time, the Company urgently required offline logistics resources to support the integration development of the "digital skynet" and the "logistics ground network." In this context, in December 2016, the Company registered and established Zheshang Development Group Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou. It fully promoted the construction of the "logistics ground network," continuously improved logistics supporting functions, expanded value-added service capabilities, and accelerated the Company's transformation and upgrades into a service integrator.
